Warning Signs Your Child is Being Bullied

Kids won't always speak up when they are being bullied or picked on at school. With that being said Moms and Dads need to look for warning signs of children being bullied. This video teaches parents what to look for so that they can step in, talk to teachers, and teach their child how to respond to bullies. The video is most appropriate for parents of children in third grade, fourth grade, and fifth grade.

Dallas Babysitters Make Roast Beef Wraps with the Kids

Many Dallas Babysitters will want to think about this recipe for the kids that they’re caring for. This recipe is easy and makes a delicious lunch or dinner. Babysitters and the children can use leftover steak or brisket, as well. If you are a pork lover then that will also be useful for a substitution on this wrap recipe.

The Dallas Babysitters will need to be taking a close look once the beef is being sliced. Also the Sitters should keep an eye out when the kids are using any food processors.

Preparation time: Approximately 5 to 6 minutes

Items needed for this recipe:

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise and the light mayo is best to save on unwanted fat
  • ¼ cup fat-free Greek style plain yogurt works best
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon horseradish sauce
  • 2 large romaine leaves, cut in half
  • 8 slices of leftover lean roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 small tomato, thinly sliced
  • 4 (8-inch) whole-wheat wraps

Equipment and supplies:

Food processor

Babysitters and Kids need to know what to do next:

Place mayonnaise, the Greek yogurt, salt, pepper, and horseradish into a food processor.
Pulse until well combined, about 10 seconds.

Lay wraps onto a flat surface.

Top each wrap with a piece of lettuce, some tomato, and 2 slices of roast beef.

Drizzle some dressing over the veggies and beef.
Roll each wrap up. Serve immediately or wrap in some type of aluminum foil to eat later. Be careful if you wait too long as the mayonnaise should not be left out at room temperature for too long.

This recipe should be enough for 4 beef wraps
